On Monday 12-16-2013 at approximately 0109 hours I was dispatched to 25101 E 339th street, Archie Missouri in
reference to an assault that occurred. Upon arrival I made contact with Littge, Erik J. w/m who was assaulted the
previous evening. Mr. Littge was transported by Helicopter to Research Main Hospital. No suspects have been identified
in this case.

On December 16, 2013 at about 0535 hours, I was dispatched to th south bound weight station in reference to warrant
service. Upon arrival I took custody of Robert E. Zinng on a Pettis County Warrant #000402201 for failure to appear for
speeding. Mr. Zinng was transported to Cass County Jail where he was released to jail staff.

On Monday December 16th 2013 I was dispatched to the area of St Rt T Highway and 291st on a reported property
damage. I contacted Terry L Faulkenberry, the superintendent with Cass County Road and Bridge, who stated that
someone caused damage to 291st Street between Kircher and Famuliner. There is no suspect information.

On Tuesday, December 17, 2013, I arrived at the Cass County Sheriff's Office Lobby and spoke with the reporting party,
Lisa M. Cason who advised that she received harassing text messages from her ex-husband, which were frightening in
nature. Investigation revealed that the suspect admitted to sending the text messages and that he had apologized to Ms.
Cason. Ms. Cason advised that she is not willing to aif in prosecution at this time therefore this incident will be listed as
closed.

On Tuesday, December 17th, 2013 at approximately 2056 hours, I responded to the intersection of State Route CC and
213th Street in Strasburg, Missouri in regards to a traffic complaint. Upon my arrival I observed a white in color 1985
Ford Semi truck with an attached mobile home trailer attached to it parked in the roadway with no occupants in or
around the vehicle. Upon contacting the vehicle's registered owner, Calvin S. Branstetter via phone, it was discovered
that he would not be able to remove the vehicle in a timely manner. Both the semi and the mobile home trailer were
removed from the roadway by J's Southland Tow.

Street, Peculiar, Missouri. The victim identified as Derek L Walker said that he was bitten by a feral cat as he was trying

Missouri. The victim identified as Carolyn S Eakin stated that her adult grandson threw a shoe at her while arguing over
breakfast. A suspect has been identified.

Harrisonville, Missouri. Upon arrival I made contact wtih Gregg, Christopher, W/M. Mr. Gregg was arrested on Cass
County warrant #13CAARW1657. Mr. Gregg was taken into custody on the warrant and transported to the Cass County
Jail. Incident closed by arrest.

Harrisonville, Missouri. Upon arrival I made contact wtih Miller, Nicholas W/M. A computer check of Mr. Miller revealed
that he had active Cass County warrant #'s 13CAFTA1208 and 13CAFTA1209. Mr. Miller was taken into custody on the
warrants and transported to the Cass County Jail.

Missouri. The reporting party identified as Charles M Zimmer reported that a neighbor attempted to run over his juvenile
son. The investigation revealed that this incident was non-criminal and an information report was taken.

subjects that they arrested on an occupied stolen auto that they followed from their city limits to 22806 East State Route
58, Pleasant Hill, Missouri. I transported the subjects from the residence to Grandview Police Department without
incident.

On Sunday December 22nd 2013 I was dispatched to 807 N Mullen rural Raymore Missouri in regards to a disturbance.
I contacted Amy M McConville and Susan J Woolsey in the driveway at 807 N Mullen. Ms. McConville said that she
came to the address to pick up her cousin and her cousin's daughter to visit for Christmas and the subjects at the house
would not let them leave. Ms. Woolsey said that she was pushed during the incident by the subjects at the house. There
is suspect information. Investigation revealed that there was no evidence to support a criminal charge.
