“Believe” with the hope that his
new mature sound would
portray his undeniable talent
and growth not only as an all

but also as a person. With
artists such as Ludacris, Big
Sean, Drake and Nicki Minaj
featured on the album, Bieber
definitely has a new sound. His

it tells a completely different
