Murder Mystery Dinners
Shared Party Nights in association with West End Events
Available twice a month throughout the year, we’ll be hosting our popular Murder Mystery Dinners
over 12 nights during the Christmas period.
Attend our exclusive Murder Mystery Dinners for a party with a difference! This unique interactive
theatrical experience ensures your guests will be thoroughly entertained by larger than life characters with
a fantastic three-course meal. The four actors’ comic scenes and intriguing riddles will unfold throughout
the evening and as the murderer is revealed, the winning team will receive prizes to add to the party
atmosphere! It’s your choice if you wish to play detective and help guess “who dunnit”, or just sit back
and enjoy the entertainment. Dinner will be followed by music until late from our DJ in Black Tie.

Murder Mystery performances where everyone is a super sleuth can be booked any day or night
of the year for private events of up to 70 persons. Four actors will perform Sherlock Holmes’
“Curse of the B’stadvilles”, a comedy thriller spoof including dinner, the mystery and dancing
until late. The event promises an evening of excellent entertainment, high comedy and, of
course, great food.

This interactive Sherlock Holmes Murder Mystery Dinner where everyone is a suspect can be
booked any day or night of the year. Includes dinner and show, we can provide a quote for a DJ.

Traditional Festive Dining
Park Plaza Sherlock Holmes London offers an idyllic ambience for your private dining event.
There are a selection of classic dining rooms as well as our traditional lounge with roaring fires and
wood-panelled wall coverings. Soft lighting, comfortable seating and crisp linen complement first
class dining and service.
Private dining is available for 15 to 70 persons. Your selection will include one set starter, one set main
course and one set dessert for your group, with vegetarian options available.
Entertainment is available at a supplementary cost.
Drinks Receptions
Drinks receptions are available from £9.95 per person including VAT in our vibrant Sherlock’s Bar or
cosy Lounge which features open fires.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Murder Mystery Events by West End Events
• Please note that West End Events Ltd has
£2 million public liability insurance.
• A provisional booking can be made and held
for up to 3 weeks.
• A deposit of £30.00 per person is payable 3
weeks from the provisional booking date. If
no payment has been received or a date agreed
with your accounts department, provisional
bookings may have their allocation released.
The final numbers are calculated and the final
balance is payable 21 days before the event
date. All monies paid are non-refundable.
Pre-ordered beverage choices must be advised
and paid 21 days prior to the event as these
special offers are not offered by the hotels.
VAT at the current rate of 20% is payable.
• All shows are subject to a minimum number of
persons attending. If this number is not met the
company reserves the right to cancel the event.
• We will offer alternatives where possible or
refund in full any monies paid to date.

• Table plans are generated automatically 21 days
prior to the event and any booking with an
outstanding balance may be reduced to the
number of persons paid in full. West End Events
Ltd reserves the right to allocate tables
according to the requirements of the venue but
will endeavour to place large groups in
proximity to each other. Small parties cannot be
guaranteed an exclusive table for ten persons or
less. The organiser and the organisers group will
be liable for any damages to the venue or to
West End Events property or their contracters
caused by any member of the organiser’s group.
Cancellation
1) Cancellation by the booker must be confirmed
in writing. Cancellations are subject to a 100%
cancellation fee. Tickets may not be exchanged
or money refunded.
2) A variation by the booker to the West End
date and/or time schedule as set out above will
be treated as a cancellation unless agreed in
writing by the producer.
3) Should the producer change the date of an
event or cancel an event the booker is entitled
to a full refund and agrees to no further
compensation for any consequential loss.
Private Events

• There will be a non refundable deposit
payment of £10.00 per person on booking
with full payment one month prior to event.
If booking is made within one month of the
event, full payment will be required on booking.
• Christmas and New Year’s Eve bookings require
100% deposit and are non refundable.
• All bookings are non transferable.
• Please note, a discretionary 12.5% service charge
will be added to your bill.
