Paper Available
All paper sold in full cases only. There is no minimum order required.
White Paper
E-Copy brand is available in 1-39 cases, then 1 -7 pallets in full pallet increments. Xerox brand is available in 1- 39 cases, then in full pallet increments
to full truckload of 840 cases. LaserSharp and Xerox brand – 30% Recycled is
available only in pallet increments.
Color and Miscellaneous White Papers
Color samples are available upon request. Small quan ty paper orders are
available using the OfficeMax order form.
Recieving your order
For June delivery, POs must be received at SSC by May 29, 2012. State “Deliver
by June 30, 2012” on PO. For July or August delivery, POs must be received at
SSC by July 10 2012.
Hydraulic Li gate service: A Hydraulic li to move paper to ground level
will be available upon request for orders of 80 cases or less that consist of a
combina on of pastel colors, bright colors, white support sizes, white E-Copy
and white Xerox brand. There is no charge for this service, but the request for
this service MUST be noted on the purchase order.
For Paper 101 E-copy white paper orders and Xerox white paper orders of
4 pallets or less, there is no charge for driver assistance, but the request for
driver assistance MUST be noted on the purchase order.

No addi onal fuel
surcharge.
For paper provided by Xerox Corpora on, there is a $275 fee for driver assistance with unloading. Driver assistance is defined as having the driver move
the pallets to the back of the trailer. It does NOT include moving the paper to
ground level or moving it into the building.
Separate purchase orders
should be completed for
each delivery loca on.
All deliveries will be completed by August 15, 2012.
On your PO, please note the name of the order recipient who should be
contacted by the delivery company at least 24 hours prior to delivery.
