The Fast Track to Weight Loss
Psssst...think hormones!
Obesity in America is a bad news
/ good news / bad news / great
news kind of thing.
The bad news is 36%
of us are obese, which
makes us vulnerable to
a host of health-related
diseases and conditions.
The good news is we can
lose weight and make
most of those health concerns go away. The bad
news is too often we gain
it right back. The great
news is that Tri-City Court
Club has found a weight
loss program that helps
you lose the weight safely
and quickly, then makes sure you
keep it off. We dig deep into the
causes behind weight gain, and
then provide on-going support
during the critical “I reached my
goal, now what?” stage.
20/30 Fast Track
20/30 Fast Track is different
from ANY weight loss plan available. Most people are not aware
of seven hormones that play a
role in blocking successful weight
loss. The 20/30 Fast Track
to Weight Loss & Health Plan
isolates these seven hormones
to allow safe, permanent weight
loss. Average results range from
one-half-pound to a pound per
day. During that process you will
experience stunning health benefits like reduced hypertension,

blood sugar stabilized, acid reflux
gone, migraines eliminated,
increased energy, and insomnia
replaced by a good night’s sleep.
20/30 Fast Track’s proven
structured approach makes the
process easy to follow, and best
of all, once you reach your goal,
easy to maintain.
The Next Step
You should never enroll in a fat
loss program without knowing
exactly what to expect. We ask
that you reserve a seat in one
of our Weight Loss/Hormone
sessions. Learn the real reason
you’ve had trouble losing weight
and keeping it off, and why all
of the diets you’ve tried never
seemed to work. We’ll show you
exactly how your hormones and
unique body chemistry affect
weight loss. We’ll discuss how
your body metabolizes food, and
how you can successfully shed
the weight for good. Lastly, you’ll
learn how to put this information
into action so you can begin seeing results immediately.

New Nursery and Personal
Training Rooms Coming in 2017!
Adventure Camp Announces
New Safety Swim Policy
We do a lot of swimming in Adventure Camp.
Starting next summer, campers need to pass a
basic swim test. Kids must be able to jump in
deep water and swim 20 yards without assistance
or touching the wall of the pool. If your child needs
to build confidence in the water, we reccommend
you get a jump on swimming lessons today!
(See page 2 for lesson information)
Carl and Lynda Cadwell
and the employees of
Tri-City Court Club would
like to wish our members and guests a Merry
Christmas and wonderful
holiday season.
Please pardon the dust as
we continue to improve the
Club.
Coming in 2017 is a bigger
nursery. We are turning
three racquetball courts into
a magical jungle themed
play area and learning
center. The kiddos can climb
like monkeys on the play
structure, shoot hoops with
our soft balls or play on the
soft jungle animals like a
snake, lion, ape or a turtle.
Above the new nursery will
be three dedicated personal
training studios. This space
will feature the new TRIBE
Team Training ™ workouts.
TRIBE Team Training ™ creates a workout where “together everyone will
achieve
coming
soonmore.” With TRIBE Team Training ™ team members succeed
beyond what they thought possible. The motivating environment is dynamic and respectful of participant individuality so maximum potential
is achieved. This workout is all about building our
tribe, our team and ourselves. No one in our tribe
gets left behind.
Go to TRIBE Team Training ™ for more information or contact Ryan Vogt, fitness director.
