to your happiness. Your drinks will be served following your ceremony, at your drinks reception and throughout
your wedding breakfast meal.

1. Supply Your Own
No Corkage Charge
Pendrell Hall is a no corkage country house wedding venue; you are welcome to supply your own drinks for both the
drinks reception and your wedding breakfast meal without incurring any corkage fee.
2. Design Your Own Drinks Package
From £10 per person
Available to order directly from Pendrell Hall, these generous drinks packages feature a superior selection of drinks
at discounted prices, supplied in just the right quantity.
3. Order from The Cellar
On Sale or Return
You can choose from the exceptional selection of discounted drinks available from The Cellar; this hand-picked
selection is available to order direct from us on a sale or return basis.
The Bar
However you choose to supply your daytime drinks, at the end of the wedding breakfast meal service of your drinks
ceases and The Bar opens.
Stocked and staffed by our exclusive catering partners Jenkinsons, The Bar has a fabulous selection of drinks at
exceptionally reasonable prices.
Your guests can enjoy friendly bar service, fantastic ambience and delicious drinks right up until Midnight, when
The Bar closes.
Our bar prices are published within this pack and you’ll be pleased to know we accept payment by card at the bar.
1. Supply Your Own
Pendrell Hall is a no corkage country house wedding venue. You can supply your own daytime drinks for your
wedding and we don’t charge corkage. Your drinks are served throughout two distinct periods of your wedding day;
the drinks reception and your wedding breakfast.
Tips on What to Serve
Your reception drinks should kick start your celebrations but if you serve very strong drinks to thirsty guests you
may end up with some exceedingly tipsy guests a little too early in the proceedings!
You’ll put your heart and soul into selecting an amazing wedding breakfast menu, it’d be a shame if half your
guests were too giddy to enjoy it.
That’s why our ‘Supply Your Own Drink’ option is limited to the supply of:

•
Sparkling Wines, Bubbly, Cava & Champagne
•
Wine (Red, White & Rose) by the glass bottle
•
Beer (Cider, Lagers & Ales) by the glass bottle
•
Soft Drinks
We will provide all the glasses, ice and staff required for the impeccable service of your drinks.
A Note on Quantities - We recommend that you provide 3 drinks per person for your drinks reception and allow
half a bottle of wine per person during the wedding breakfast.
Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate any other items such as (but not limited to) barrels, boxes, spirits
and cocktails.
Mix & Match - Although we do not allow you to supply your own cocktails you are very welcome to order cocktails
through The Cellar and supply your other drinks.
Three Easy Steps

Complete your Online Drinks Inventory at least 1 month prior to your wedding date.

Deliver Your Drinks to Pendrell Hall at 9am or 9.30am the day before your wedding.
3
Collect Any Unopened Drinks at 9am or 9.30am the day after your wedding.
We cannot accept delivery and collection of your drinks at any other times or by 3rd party suppliers.
Important Notes
Service of your drinks comes to an end after the wedding breakfast meal, when the pay bar opens and all unopened
drinks are stored away for collection the following day.
We do not allow the service or consumption of your own drinks in the evening, this includes bottles given as gifts to
guests, which are stored away with your presents for collection the following day.

Following your booking of Pendrell Hall you’ll receive an invitation to one of our amazing Wedding Experience
Events. This tasting event offers a unique opportunity to sample a selection of The Cellar drinks whilst fully
immersing yourselves in the ambience and atmosphere of the venue.
Transparent Pricing Policy
All prices include VAT. Products are subject to availability and prices are subject to change; every endeavor is
made to keep pricing accurate but don’t hesitate to check with us at the time of ordering. Prices are valid for
advance bulk purchases by the bride & groom, only for consumption during your drinks reception and meal, payable
in advance.

Drinking Up Time
Under the provisions of the Licensing Act, 1964 and 1988, a period of 20 MINUTES is allowed at the end of
Permitted Hours for the consumption of alcoholic liquors purchased during such hours.
Both customers and the licensee of this establishment will be liable to prosecution if alcoholic liquor is sold or
supplied after the end of Permitted Hours or if customers consume after the 20 minutes drinking up time.
Persons Under 18
Under the provisions of the Licensing Act, 1964 and 1988, it is AN OFFENCE FOR ANY PERSONS UNDER 18 to buy,
attempt to buy, or consume alcoholic liquor in these premises.
IT IS ALSO AN OFFENCE FOR ANYONE to buy, or attempt to buy, alcoholic liquor for consumption by a person under
18, in these premises.
Weights and Measures
Spirits and liqueurs are offered for sale or served within these premises in quantities of 25 millilitres or multiples
thereof.
