Rehearsals&Recital:
Pleasenoteoneparentisallowedbackstagewithourtwinklestarstogetthempreparedforrehearsal
and/ortherecital.Oncewebegintherehearsal/performance,wewillasktheparentstopleaseleave
thebackstageareaandtaketheirseatsintheauditorium.Studentswillbesupervisedbackstageand
wewillhaveaTVandcoloringpagestokeepthekidsoccupiedwhiletheyarenotonstage.Afteryour
rehearsal/performanceisfinished,weaskthatyoupleasedismissfromthedressingroomsas
quicklyaspossiblesowecangetthenextgroupinforrehearsal.

student’sfirstandlastnames.Pleasehangcostumeonahangerwithhangerlabeledaswell.Please

PleasedoNOTbringvaluableitems.Studentsarewelcometobringsmalltoys,orbookswiththem,
butpleasenovaluables;BCDTAisnotresponsibleforlostorstolenitems.
DropOff&PickUpProcedures:
WhenyouarrivetothelobbyofCouncilRockNorth,youwillsigninyourchildinthehallwayofthe
lobby.Oneparentcantakeyourchildbacktothedressingroomareaaftersign‐in.Youmustsign
studentsin&out.Whentherehearsal/performanceisover,oneparent(only1parentperchild
please)shouldpickupthechildatthedressingroomarea.Followingtheseprocedureswillensurethe
safetyofallofourstudents.PleasenotethatonceTwinkleStarsmoveuptoourfullmusical,parents
arenotpermittedbackstage.

students,parentsandguests.Wedonottakethisresponsibilitylightlyandexpecteveryoneto
cooperatewithourdirectionssothatyourchildren,our“stars”,willhaveanenjoyableandmemorable
