1/ Discounts offered refer to listed receipts and deliveries only. All other points are at the maximum rate unless a discount is negotiated in writing, prior to flow.
2/ The Discount Rate is a total rate inclusive of Transco's transportation or storage rate and all applicable surcharges in effect on the first day of the discount period. The Discount Rate does not include any other
applicable surcharges that become effective during the discount period, which shall be charged in addition to the Discount Rate. In addition to the Discount Rate, the shipper shall be charged and shall pay for any
applicable compressor fuel, commodity charges, commodity rate surcharges, injection and withdrawal charges, and injection fuel charges.
If Transco's maximum rate, inclusive of all reservation and commodity components and all applicable surcharges (Total Maximum Rate), for this transaction is subsequently reduced by Federal Energy Regulatory
Commission order or rule or by settlement or otherwise, and Transco is required to make a refund to the Shipper for charges paid for such transaction, then such refund will be provided to the Shipper only if and to the
extent that the Total Maximum Rate determined pursuant to such order, rule, settlement or otherwise is less than the Discount Rate. Such refund, if any, shall be calculated by subtracting the applicable Total Maximum
Rate from the corresponding Discount Rate.
