WELCOME AND INTRODUCTIONS
Reminder that items wanting to be discussed at a PAC meeting must be brought up to the President or Co
Chairs at least ONE WEEK prior to the meeting. Items brought forth at a meeting NOT on the agenda will be tabled
for discussion at the next PAC meeting.
The PAC meeting is NOT the location to discuss individual school personnel, students, parents, or other individual
members of the school community

4. Voting on executive positions:
Anyone who takes an executive position MUST provide their full name, birthdate, address and phone
number for our taxes. If you are unable or unwilling to do so please do not volunteer for an executive
position. You also must have your criminal record check done. No person may hold more than one elected
executive position at any one time.

President or Co Chairs: Tami Beemish and Bonnie have been voted in as Co Chairs
Vice President: is not needed as we have Co Chairs
Treasurer: Abigail Shakespeare has been voted in as Treasurer
Secretary: Rebecca Falk has been voted in as Secretary
DPAC Rep: Dionne Hairsine, Vikki Self have been voted in as DPAC Reps
Members at Large: Teena Smith, Leesa Friesen, Melissa Trellert, Laura Teigen, Stephanie Stenerson have
been voted in as Members at Large
Scott Young motions that Jan Minty destroys all ballots. All in favour, carried.

7. Meeting Adjourned at 8:22pm Next Meeting: October 14th at 6:45pm in the Library
