A Memo from the Principal
June 16, 2016
Time really does fly… This is my last newsletter of the 2015-16 school year! What
an amazing year! Your children were a pleasure to work with.
 At this time, I would like to thank the awesome staff of Holy Trinity School.
They have led their students through a year of new learning experiences and
skillfully prepared them for next year’s studies.
 Sadly, Mr. Jason Raskin and Mrs. Julia Castro will also be leaving us this
year. We send our prayers with them and wish them well as they venture into
new experiences.
 Congratulations to our Pre-K and Kindergarten on their graduation. The
ceremonies were filled with joy and expectations for the future!
 The unofficial calendar for next year has been amended as the Half Days
have been given to us. Please check the website later this month for an
updated version.
 The students were given their summer work and supply lists for next year.
This information will also be on the website.
 The updated Parent/Student Handbook will be available on the web site
later this summer. Please be sure to read it so as to further be aware of
the proper procedures and uniform expectations at school.
 School Shoes and Sneakers for September: To ensure the safety of our
students, especially on the playground we are asking that when you are purchasing
your children’s school shoes over the summer to be sure that they are black or dark
blue supportive shoes that have ties, Velcro or straps. Ballet or moccasin type
shoes are not permitted. Uniform sneakers for next year are to be WHITE or
BLACK only with NO color, below the ankle, no high tops.
 When getting that “Back to School” haircut, please remember that all hair
(boys and girls alike) should be neat, clean and appropriately styled, above
the collar (for boys), and off the face and no Trendy fad-like hairstyles.
 Pre-K / Kindergarten Parent Orientation will be on Tuesday, August 30 at
6:00PM. This meeting is only for the parents. Please make arrangements
to be there. Mrs. Ayala, Mrs. Bottjer, Ms. DeBellis, and Mrs. Meyers will
explain the operations and expectations of the Early Childhood Program.
 NEW FOR 2016: Students entering Grade 7 must receive an adequate
dose of the meningococcal vaccine (meningitis).
Start the summer off with a fun filled family event
at the Renegades Stadium!!!!!!!!!
On Wednesday, June 22, 2015 at 6:35 p.m. the Renegades will play the Lowell Spinners,
an affiliate of the Boston Red Sox. This is an opportunity for Catholic school students and
their families to come together for a night of baseball and fun! For every ticket bought, we
get $3 donated back to the school! This is a fun and easy way to raise money for the
school!
Any student going will get a dress down pass for next year!!
