The good news for Christmas shoppers is that Limerick City Council is offering FREE on-street parking on Friday and Saturday afternoons from 2pm for the month of December. On-street parking is always free on Sundays. There are 5,500 spaces in city centre car parks in Limerick City including overnight deals for just €5! Limerick shoppers can enjoy free parking in multi-storey car parks with the launch of a special Freepark Carparks initiative. Parking Vouchers When customers spend a set amount in participating shops, hotels, restaurants and businesses, they will be rewarded with parking vouchers which they can use throughout their Christmas shopping.
