Mississippi and being a fraction of Lot 49 of Stone Subdivision
as recorded in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Lafayette
County at Oxford, Mississippi, said fraction being described in
more detail as follows:
Beginning at an existing iron pipe at the Northeast corner of
said lot 49, run thence South 45°30 1 00 11 West along the North
