Low Voltage, Recessed Downlight - The Minus downlight series by

Trimless Recessed Installation
•
Standard installation for the Minus One is accomplished by
incorporating the fixture to a pre-routed Fermacell cement board
(AM1-58-BRD) sold seperately. This board is then mounted to studs
in the same manner as drywall. This board is taped and finished
seamlessly into the ceiling for a trimless appearance.
•
Installation of Minus One within existing drywall ceilings is
accomplished with the use of apure’s retrofit bracket (AM1-RFB )
sold seperately. Exisiting drywall is cut and fitted with the bracket.
The fixture is then mounted to the included Fermacell cement
board and secured to the bracket. The board can then be taped
and finished seamlessly for a trimless appearance.
