Product Ruling
Income tax: TFS Sandalwood Project
2006 (Post 30 June Growers)
This Addendum amends Product Ruling PR 2006/114 to reflect an
increase in the number of hectares offered for cultivation under the
Project from 350 hectares to 500 hectares.
PR 2005/116 is amended as follows:

Insert the following dot points:

received 18 October 2006;
Paragraph 20
In the row of the table titled ‘Number of hectares available for
cultivation under this offer’ delete ‘350’; substitute ‘500’.

Paragraph 22
Delete the first sentence; substitute:
This offer is for 500 hectares representing 1,000 Sandalwood
Lots.
This Addendum applies on and from 28 June 2006.
