Diamond Event Package: You get all day access to the rooms and
kitchen (8am-12am), a dance floor & 25% discount off of your linen rental.
½ rent (non-refundable) + security deposit (refundable after event)
$1995.00 – Moore/Burlington/Lowrance Rooms up to 200 people
$2571.00 – Merchant/Cedars/Peddler Rooms up to 400 people
Weekday Daily Rate: You get 7am-6pm Access
$150 per room for Moore, Burlington, or Lowrance Rooms
$250 per room for Merchant, Cedars, or Peddler Rooms

Parties, Weddings, Banquets: $200.00 Security Deposit
Auditorium Productions: $500.00 Security Deposit
8 hour minimum rental on Saturdays.
Full Day (16 hr) min. rental on Holiday Weekend Saturdays and Saturdays in Dec.
Rentals are calculated based on the hours that you need access to the space, not the hours that
the event takes place. Please consider your set up and clean up time when deciding how much
time to reserve. To receive the non-profit rate, you must submit your 501c3.
