The modern décor of this large extended suite, with soft
browns and beautiful cream colors, is accented by striking
red curtains and contemporary furnishings. Located on
the first floor of the Carriage House, this recently
renovated large extended suite features a spacious living
room, a recently remodeled bathroom, full kitchen and
master bedroom. Just steps from the Main House, this
large extended suite looks out to the Morris House’
beautiful courtyard garden. The separate living room has a
couch with a queen-sized pull out bed and a large flat
screen TV. The private bathroom features a Jacuzzi and a
separate shower. The master bedroom has a Victorian
dresser and a second flat screen TV.
Room 102
Large Extended Suite
Located on the second floor of the Carriage House,
this exquisite large extended suite welcomes guests with a
beautiful living room and connected kitchen. The décor is
tastefully modern—a tiered glass coffee table by the flat
screen TV, a crafted metal wine holder atop the full glass
dining table. There are five windows in the living room
alone. Glass French doors open onto a breathtaking
Juliette balcony overlooking the courtyard garden, next to
our lovely old magnolia tree. The living room has a couch
with a queen-sized pull out bed. The private bathroom has
a Jacuzzi and separate shower. The master bedroom
features a gorgeous dresser, which opens to reveal a
second flat screen TV.

Room 103
Bridal Suite
The Presidential Suite welcomes guests into the modern décor
and artistic display of the beautiful downstairs. Intended to be a
“honeymoon suite,” this wonderfully romantic setting offers
the luxuries of hospitality in the highest tier. A spiral staircase
rises to the master bedroom loft. A stained glass window colors
the sunlight on the king-sized bed below. Glass French doors
open to a spacious Juliette balcony overlooking our spectacular
courtyard garden.
Both floors feature private bathrooms, the downstairs with a
Jacuzzi and separate glass shower. The full kitchen offers four
burner stove, oven, microwave, full size refrigerator, utility sink,
coffeemaker and dishwasher, with a mini fridge upstairs.
A leather L shaped couch and coffee table fill out the den,
across from the full glass dining table and chairs. Both floors
feature flat screen TVs with DVD players.
** The Bridal Suite is located on the third floor of the Carriage
House.
** The Bridal Suite can accommodate an additional person
though any children staying in the suite must be over the age of
12.

Luxury Room
This luxury room, with original 18th century
hardwood floors and a breathtaking four posters bed,
is our most requested room. A Victorian working
desk, colonial era night stands and a decorative
fireplace add to this luxury room’s historic charm.
Natural light pours in through the four windows, two
overlooking our beautiful courtyard garden and two
offering a view over South 8th Street. The private
bathroom has a combination bathtub/shower. This
room is located in the Main House on the second
floor, front.

Luxury Room
After enjoying a drink in our peaceful courtyard
garden, escape to a luxury room that will welcome you
into history with an original 18th century hardwood
floor. A beautiful antique dark wood armoire,
Victorian working desk, leather reading chair and minilibrary help tie together the finest aspects of this luxury
room, history and comfort. The private bathroom is
tile floored with a standing shower. This luxury room
is located in the Main House on the second floor,
front, overlooking South 8th Street.

Mini Suite
The soft green hues of this beautiful mini-suite are
accented by an exquisite bedspread of cardinal and gold.
The separate sitting room features a handcrafted Victorian
working desk, leather guest chairs, a pull out couch and
handsome paintings in gold frames. Two decorative
fireplaces, an antique armoire and marble topped dark
wood night stands compliment the colonial feel of this
mini-suite. The three windows facing our courtyard
garden warm the rooms with gentle natural light. The
private bathroom features a combination bathtub/shower.

of the elevator shaft of the Morris House dumbwaiter,
fills the private bathroom with soft natural light. A
striking marble-topped dresser and mirror stands
opposite the three closets of the bedroom. The private
bathroom is tile floored with a standing shower. This
very quiet mini-suite, is located in the Main House on
the third floor, rear.

best views of our spectacular courtyard garden. The
location of the room, in the rear of the main house
on the third floor, contributes to the quiet and
delightful sense of seclusion that is characteristic of
the Morris House Hotel. Guests are welcomed to the
room by a plush leather reading chair, ornate wooden
night stands, an antique armoire and a Victorian
working desk. Soft light seeps in through the four
windows to add a warm feel to the beautiful four
poster bed. The private bathroom has a separate
