Five Star Customer Service
Some choose to refinance in
order to improve monthly cash
flow. Even if, in the long run you
pay more, it might make sense
in the short term to refinance if
it will ease your immediate cash
flow problems. This could even
be the key for you to get out
of credit card debt because
it frees up more cash flow to
apply towards that debt.

T
he three jars method is a
very easy way to teach
your child the importance of
saving their money.
Take three jars and label them
as follows: one for SPENDING,
one for SHARING and one for
SAVING.
A good way to divide their
money into these jars, is:
30% into SPENDING, 10%
into SHARING and 60% into
SAVING.
How should this money be
used? SHARING, choose a
cause that you’re interested
in and donate regularly.
SPENDING, this money can
be used at any time for small
purchases, like a baseball or
a CD. SAVING, this is where
you’ll save for the future, both
short-term and long-term.
This is a good beginner’s
budget as well. Start saving at
any age!
