DO CATS REALLY HAVE
NINE LIVES?
One big question that I usually get
is if cats really have nine lives.
I’m going to tell you a true story
that someone did to test this
theory. One day, a person bought
5 kittens and their names were,
Fluffy (1), Grumpy (2), Sleepy
(3), Boots (4), and Meme (5). She
raised them till they were alive for
at least 10 years when they were
old and couldn’t do much
anymore. Then she killed the
Fluffy by chocking it and waited 3
days to see if it comes back to
life. She saw that chocking a cat
doesn’t work so she decided that
she would try something different
with the other 4. The next day she
buried Fluffy in her garden. On
the third day after the burial of
fluffy, she killed Grumpy by not
feeding him for 2 months. Again,
the cat did not come back to life.
That night she buried Grumpy
also in her garden. That next day,
she killed Sleepy by throwing him
off a cliff. She went down to the
brother and sister. The next day,
she killed Boots by drowning him
under the water. When she took
him out after 20 minutes Boots
was dead. After drying Boots off,
she buried him in the garden with
his brothers and sister. The last
one in the group is Meme. The
lady loved Meme soo much. She
didn’t want anything bad to
happen to her but, she ended up
killing her be
bottom of the cliff to see if the cat
was ok and

took him

stabbing her. She was soo sad and
mad that she did that so she
stayed in her house for 2 years.
She never left the house to get
food or water. She ended up
eating expired food and she got
poisoned badly. She died of
poisoning and she got buried with
her five cats, Fluffy, Grumpy,
Sleepy, Boots, and her favorite of
all of them, Meme. She had a hard
life but she gave us an important
lesson for all kids. Cats don’t
really have nine lives. That is only
in cartoons.
