Synthetic juices are made from synthetic juice flavour. It gives
the taste of real fruit juice only.
The process of making synthetic juice is quite simple. First,
sugar syrup is made with the jacketed mixing tank from the
sugar granules. then this sugar syrup is mixed up with water,
synthetic juice flavours, colours, preservatives etc. in the other
mixing tank for some time and once juice gets ready, it is
stored in the storage tank and there after it is packed in the
suitable packing with the help of packing machine.
Machines involved in synthetic juice plant are:
Sugar syrup preparation tank
To prepare and store sugar syrup to be added to the fruit
powder or pulp
Filter press
To remove impurities from the sugar syrup
Mixing tank
To mix the sugar syrup, water, synthetic juice flavours, colours,
preservatives etc.
Storage tank
To store the ready to drink juice before packing
Packaging machine
Bottling Machine, Cup washing filling sealing machine, pouch
packing machine etc..
All the above machines form the complete synthetic juice plant.
Synthetic juice can be packed in pet bottles, pouches or cups.

Process of Industrial RO Plant
RAW WATER PUMP: - To generate the pressure for down the line system.
PRESSURE SAND FILTER (PSF):- The water is first filtered by Pressure sand filter Unit
for removal of suspended matters and turbidity.
ACTIVATED CARBON FILTER (ACF):- To remove Colour, Odour, Chlorine, Oil & Grease
from the raw water.
MICRON CARTRIDGE FILTER (MCF):- These are Pressure Vessels Fitted internally with
spun or pleated cartridge element which removes micron sized particles.
ANTISCALANT DOSING SYSTEM: - To prevent membrane from scaling (hardness).
HIGH PRESSURE PUMP: - A high pressure pump is provided for supplying the feed
water to RO System at high pressure of 10 - 12 kg/cm2.
DESALINATION SYSTEM BY RO MEMBRANE ELEMENT: - A Reverse Osmosis System
rejects 90-95% of Total Dissolved Solids (TDS).
STORAGE OF TREATED (PURE) WATER: - To store Treated (pure) water in tank.

The zero hold up filter press having exactly the opposite direction of flow of liquid to
the flow in standard filter. The unfiltered liquid is fed into central part of the machine giving
high pressure from bottom inlet. The filter media filters the liquid when the whole liquid
spreads out equally on each plate. Solids remain on filter media and filtrate liquid collects in
the shell, which then comes out through the outlet. After the completing of filtration
process
the
cake
is
cleaned
from
filter
material
and
can
be
recycled.
