the cards. The winner is the person
with the most cards.
Fact Families
Pick any basic multiplication fact,
and write the fact family.
For example, I can pick the fact
3 x 8 =24. The fact family is
3 x 8 = 24, 8 x 3 = 24, 24 ÷3 = 8,
24÷8 = 3. Choose at least 10
different fact families.

Player 1 rolls 2 dice again and adds
them together. Player 1 should draw
that many stars inside each circle.
Player 1 writes the multiplication
equation for the circles/stars. The
total becomes the number of points.

Spiral Multiplication
1.
2.
3.
4.
Take a deck of cards and set them out in a spiral formation. It does not matter what order the cards are in.
Place your game pieces at the start.
Player 1 rolls one die and multiplies the number on the die by the card the game piece is on.
If Player 1 is correct they move the number of spaces the die shows. If Player 1 is incorrect, they do not
move.
5. Take turns and repeat until someone reaches the end.
Multiplication Capture the Square!!
1. Grab two dice and a different colored marker for each player.
2. During a player's turn, he/she rolls both dice and multiplies the two numbers showing on the dice. The
player looks for the product on the board and draws a line to connect any two dots that form part of the
square around that product. Each product appears multiple times on the board,.
3. When a player draws a line that closes a square, that player gets to color in the square with his/her marker. That player rolls the dice again and takes another turn.
4. When all of the dots have been connected, the player with the most squares colored in wins!
