Concrete Lift Uneven concrete? Just give it a lift!

Concrete Lift is an efficient, environmentally
friendly, cost-effective alternative to concrete
grading or replacement.
If you have an uneven sidewalk, driveway, or patio,
let us show you how our polyurethane concrete
lifting can solve your problems for less than half
the cost of pouring new concrete.
Concrete Lift is a method of polyurethane
concrete raising that is similar to traditional “slab
jacking” or “mudjacking”. A few small injection
holes are strategically drilled into the existing
concrete slab, and a lightweight foam material is
injected underneath to level the overall surface.

HOW CONCRETE LIFT WORKS
ADVANTAGES OF CONCRETE LIFT
Our Concrete Lift system utilizes a high-strength
polyurethane mixture to lift sunken, unstable, or
uneven concrete. With multiple formulas available,
Concrete Lift is able to fit the needs of any job,
large or small.
The Concrete Lift system has distinct advantages
over other concrete repair or replacement
methods, including:
We follow a simple three-step process to repair
your concrete:
1
WHY CHOOSE CONCRETE LIFT?
Safety & Liability
The safety of family, friends, and visitors is of
utmost importance to anyone. Don't risk a guest
tripping on uneven steps or a child tumbling off a
bike in the driveway because of uneven joints in
the concrete. Get these repaired before someone
gets hurt!
Appearance & Property Value
Repairing a settled step or leveling a cracked
driveway improves the overall appearance and
investment value of your home. Research shows
that well-maintained properties have a higher
resale value, and sellers typically receive a high
return of investment on maintenance and repairs.
Building Code Compliance
Did you know that step height is one of the most
common ways homes violate building codes? It's
common for front steps to sink, causing the steps
of a porch to be out of code. A simple repair
through concrete raising can remedy this condition.

LIFT
1. Drill.
Small (5/8”), strategically-placed holes are drilled
in existing concrete slab.
2. Fill.
A lightweight two-part polyurethane material
is injected into the holes.
3. Lift.
This material expands into rigid foam that fills
voids, stabilizes, and lifts the concrete.
That’s It!
After the material is injected, we patch the holes to
blend in with the existing concrete, and your
project is done! Most jobs are completed
within hours.
• Lower Cost: The amount of material and
time per project is cut by more than half of
traditional solutions.
• Environmental Benefits: Lifting instead of
replacing keeps old concrete out of
the landfill.
• Minimal Disruption: There is no need for
demolition, removal, or re-landscaping.
Equipment can be used in tight access
areas, and our courteous crews will make
sure your operations can continue while
we work.
• Quick Cure Time: Cure time allows for heavy
traffic just 15 minutes after the polyurethane
material is injected.
• Superior Material: Lightweight, waterproof
polyurethane foam allows for a lift on much
larger loads than conventional mudjacking,
places almost no additional load on the soil
supporting the slab, and ensures the most
accurate lifts possible.
