The Perfect Score Times Four
Four bottles of 2010 Casanova di Neri Brunello di Montalcino Tenuta Nuova Rated 100 points by Wine Advocate "The
2010 Brunello di Montalcino Tenuta Nuova is a protagonist of the vintage. The fruit is deep and dark with rich levels of
extract, intensity and flavor. It goes far beyond your standard cherry and blackberry to include plum cake, spice bread
and bacon-wrapped prune. Nothing is obvious or monochromatic about this wine. Everything is nuanced and ethereal.
Tenuta Nuova is also distinguished by the linear mineral notes that are characteristic of this single-vineyard site. In
2010, those traits are especially well-defined and pronounced. If there is one thing Giacomo Neri has mastered, it is
harvesting at optimal ripeness: He knows his property and his vines better than most and it shows. Collectors will want
to put this wine aside ten years or longer."

Mixed Media Painting by Peter Mikulak
Peter Mikulak was a contractor with a big dream of becoming an artist. His company did well, until the global
recession hit – something that lead the crash of the housing market back in 2009. The company he worked for went out
of business, and he had nearly lost everything. Having his back behind the wall, Peter then sold his house and ‘must’
pursue his career as an artist – starting from the street, literally: He was homeless and worked hard to get his street art
noticed. He finally made it. The takeaway from Peter: Success is a choice. If you focus and put all of your energy
toward something, eventually you going to succeed.

Dueling Quarterbacks
Signed magnum each of 2013 Cabernet Sauvignon from "dueling quarterbacks" Drew Bledsoe, former QB of the
New England Patriots and NFL Hall of Famer Dan Marino, former QB of the Miami Dolphins. Bledsoe is an owner
of Doubleback Winery and Marino is an owner of Passing Time Winery. The 2013 Doubleback Cabernet Sauvignon
displays aromatics of dried fig, saddle leather, shaved truffle and red fruit. McQueen Vineyard adds a flirtatious,
almost pomegranate-like aroma, to this dense and powerful wine. Generous notes of perfume and berry reduction sauce
are entrancing. An enormously lavish mouth feel of tannin richness and density without being overbearing – perfectly
balanced. Passing Time is described as a "dark and brooding beast", opaque purple to the rim, with Wine Advocate
rating it 92-94.
