During the BBQ, the Battle of the Brats and Big
Scoop Ice Cream Competition will take place.

Instagram contest
The BBQ will coincide with the launch of the JAM
Instagram account @2016jointannualmeeting,
hashtag #2016jambbq. The instagrammer whose
picture receives the most “likes” will win a gift bag.

ASAS
The Academic Quadrathlon continues today at Utah
State University. Four teams compete in oral
presentations and a quiz bowl.

ADSA
Nine teams compete today at the ADSA Dairy Quiz
Bowl. Who will win the ADSA Foundation Carved
Cow Traveling Trophy? The Quiz Bowl is located in
the Salt Palace Convention Center, 250 F and 251 D.

Locating the Correct
ePoster Board
Find the posters you want to view in the back of
the program and identify the screen number
(second number to the left of the abstract title).
Then, locate the corresponding screen in the
back of the Exhibit Hall. During poster sessions
only the poster scheduled for presentation will be
available for viewing. At all other times, all posters
presented throughout the week will be available
for viewing on their assigned screens. E-poster
technicians are available on-site if you need help
finding a poster.
Speaker Ready Room
The Speaker Ready Room is located in 250 D of
the convention center. This room will be available
for speakers from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm on each
day of the meeting.
Cyber Café
Keep in touch with work, family and friends at the
cyber café. Located in the Exhibit Hall, the cyber
café is available to all meeting attendees. The
cyber café will also have a computer with a printer
for limited printing during the meeting.

The ADSA Foundation is in the process of
developing and publishing the Third Edition of
Large Dairy Herd Management (LDHM) as an eBook. Today’s session in 150 B/C of the Salt
Palace Convention Center will provide a brief
report on the May LDHM conference, an update
on the e-Book content, and progress toward
publication and release in Spring 2017.
