This Request For Quotations (RFQ) concerns the provision of static
Communication and Information Systems (CIS) facilities to 8 Deployable
Communications Module (DCM) battalions located in GBR, DNK, HRV, BGR,
CZE, SVK, LTU and HUN.
The DCM units require networking equipment, workstations and phones in order
to centrally manage NATO-wide Core Enterprise Services (CES) including email,
file, print and web services. The scope includes the supply and delivery of the CIS
equipment to the DCMs, and the provision of the services for the installation,
configuration and testing of the equipment and software on site.
The RFQ will be divided into two separate portions in consideration of the two
funding sources: Communication (COM) and Information Technology (IT).
The prospective Bidders’ Lists for both portions are attached (COM portion 26
Nations (all NATO Nations excluding Albania and Croatia), IT portion 28
Nations). Interested companies holding an active BOA with the NCI Agency may
contact the below Point of Contact (POC) for inclusion in the Bidders’ List(s):
