Set up an account and domain with Reclaim Hosting
Go to www.reclaimhosting.com, click on Products, then select Shared Hosting from the
dropdown menu.
We recommend the ‘Organizations’ option, which provides 100GB of storage for $100 (USD)
per year, and allows the use of unlimited subdomains, bandwidth, and more.
Click ‘Sign Up’ for the option of your choice.
Select your domain, and fill in the registration and billing information as requested. For more
information about selecting and transferring domains, contact Reclaim Hosting.
Install Mukurtu CMS on your new Reclaim hosted domain
After registering for an account with Reclaim Hosting, access their Client Area by clicking
‘Client Area Login’ on www.reclaimhosting.com
Login with your account credentials.
And select ‘cPanel’ from the toolbar.
Locate and select ‘Installation Applications
Installer’ from the list of services.
From the Installatron page, select
‘Applications Browser’.
Then either search for Mukurtu, or
locate it in the list of applications.
Once located, select Mukurtu from the
list of applications.
Select ‘+install this application’ from
the Mukurtu Installatron page.
Fill in the installation information as
requested, starting with your domain,
We suggest using the latest version of Mukurtu CMS, but selecting ‘Do
not automatically update’. Click ‘+install’ when ready.
One click updates will be available as new releases of Mukurtu CMS are
distributed. Mukurtu sites with extensive customizations should take
care when updating, please contact us with any additional questions.
Once installed, your new Mukurtu CMS installation
will show up in the ‘My Applications’ tab.
Configure your Mukurtu CMS site
To configure your new site, click on the site’s URL
and follow the next steps.
On the first screen, click ‘Save and continue’. This
process may take 10 -15 minutes, but a progress bar
will display the ongoing status of the installation.
Fill in your site information as
requested, then click ‘Save and
continue. This may also take
some time to process.
Once complete, you will see a confirmation message
and a link to log in to your site with your recently
created Admin credentials.
You can now log in and begin to customize and
manage your new Mukurtu CMS site!
