Phaidon International are currently looking for a number of 2015/2016 graduates to join our 2016
graduate scheme in our London HQ with the view to relocate to either our new Berlin office or our
existing Zurich office!
Your duties will include working on a 360 recruitment desk from cold calling clients, to setting up
interviews, de-briefing candidates and attending client visits.
What are we looking for in our Trainee Recruitment Consultants?






Graduated with a 2.2 or better in their chosen DEGREE
You will need to be AMBITIOUS - these roles are for people who want to progress their
career quickly.
You should be ENTREPRENEURIAL- you will be in charge of running your own desk and
making sure it is profitable.
You should be a graduate or of graduate calibre (strong academics).
You will need to speak fluent GERMAN or FRENCH to work with our existing German clients
and also aim to bring on new German speaking clients.
You need to be MONEY MOTIVATED and have genuine reasons for wanting to get into
recruitment.
