The Aurelio Montinola, Jr. Multimedia Library has books, DVDs, and music CDs in French
A. LIBRARY HOURS
Open from Mondays to Thursdays from 9:00am to 6:00pm, & Saturdays from 9:00am to 5:00pm.
Closed every Friday, Sunday, and during public holidays in the Philippines.
B. BORROWING
Only Members of ALLIANCE FRANÇAISE OF MANILA INC. are allowed to borrow materials from
the library. AFM’s students who are not members do not have borrowing privileges.
C. BORROWING RULES
1. To borrow library materials, member is requested to present his/her membership card. Member is
encouraged to report immediately the loss of his/her membership card. An amount of One Hundred
Pesos (P100.00) will be charged for the issuance of a new membership card.
2. Reference books such as dictionary and books labeled “Library use only” are room use only.
3. A member is entitled to borrow the following library materials subject to the following terms and
conditions:

4. Library materials can only be renewed twice. Borrower must send an email, give a call or come
personally. A new deadline shall be given thereafter. All materials will be renewed for an additional
week.
5. Library materials borrowed must be returned on or before the due date. All borrowing privileges
of the borrowers, including loans, renewals and recalls, will also be suspended for the number of
overdue days.
6. Should a book, DVD, or CD be damaged or mutilated while in the possession of the borrower, he/
she would be required to replace the book, DVD, or CD with the same or pay an amount sufficient
to cover the cost of buying a replacement. In case the borrower refuses to make restitution for the
damaged item, his/her membership privileges will be definitively revoked.
D. APPLYING FOR MEMBERSHIP
1. The membership Application Form is available at the Reception area of ALLIANCE FRANÇAISE

2. A member (who submits his/her one 2X2 photo upon application of the membership) can claim
his/her membership card after one (1) week.
I hereby declare that I understand and accept all the rules and regulations of the
Aurelio Montinola, Jr. Multimedia Library. All the information that I have given is true
and correct. Failure to comply with the rules and regulations will automatically lead to
revocation of my membership.
