Date: Mondays & Wednesdays; July 9 - July 25 Time: 6:30 - 7:30 pm Fee: $45 City Resident / $60 Non-Resident Battle of the Bags - Adult Fall Cornhole League Catch all the action while bagging some fun in this Friday night co-ed league! Date: Registration open July 16 - August 13 League begins August 31 Time: Games start at 6:45 pm, 7:45 pm and 8:45 pm Fee: $50 per team for season Place: Braddock Park, 13460 Lake Butler Boulevard Fall Youth Soccer League Get out your shin guards and be ready to score a goal! Registration is open June 18 - August 10 for city residents and June 25 - August 10 for non-residents or until leagues are full, for boys and girls ages 3-12 years. Most games are played on Saturday mornings. Fee includes an 8-week season and a team shirt. Are you interested in coaching? If so, enroll your child for only $10! Fee: $70 City Resident / $90 Non-Resident Adult Fall Leagues USSSA Softball and Co-ed Kickball team registration is open July 16 - August 13 for returning teams, and July 23 - August 13 for new teams. Games begin the last week of August! Youth Soccer - Summer Camp Winter Garden Parks & Recreation and Challenger Sports British Soccer Camps are hosting two week-long youth soccer camps. Date: July 16 - July 20; August 6 - 10 July is Smart Irrigation Month Be sure to check for working rain sensors, proper controller settings (1 start time, 1 program), and functioning spray heads (leaking, tilted, misdirected) on a regular basis. Rain sensors typically operate for about 2-5 years, power surges can reprogram the irrigation controller, and spray heads get run over by cars & mowers. Water Conservation staff can provide irrigation evaluations, controller programming and tips on landscaping practices & design to reduce water consumption.
