land is usedfor keepingof some poultryand hay makingeach year,the lafterof which is
presentlysold on. Whilst there is a small storageelementattachedto the existingstable
block,this is not consideredsutficientto houseall the machineryand producenecessaryto
servethe agriculturalelement,nor store hay and beddingfor the stables.lt is considered
that the storagebuildingis necessaryfor the longterm operationof the holding,and that no
otherbuildingson site can providethis storage.Storageand welfarefacilitiesofferedby the
storagecontainerand chattelwill be removedby conditionsince equivalentis provided
withinthe new buildings.The buildingalso sits closewith the existingstables,and is of
appropriatematerialsnotto be visuallyintrusive.
