Review the major events in each act
You will have to identify speakers of important quotes. Play Quia games

Review your notes on the background of Shakespeare and the
Globe Theater.
Review Shakespearean drama terms such as: tragedy, comedy,
history, aside, monologue, soliloquy, dramatic irony, and pun.
Be able to apply your knowledge of literary terms and figurative language
to lines from the play. Review: pun, verbal and dramatic irony, simile,
metaphor, personification, oxymoron and hyperbole.
Be able to recognize and apply parts of a tragedy plot in Romeo and
Juliet: exposition, exciting/inciting force, rising action, climax, falling
action, moment of final suspense, catastrophe, and resolution.

you; choose the correct formatting of a direct quotation with
parenthetical documentation; answer comprehension questions based
on the two articles provided.
