Section 1:
AUTHORITY TO CONVEY.
That the conveyance of the real property
described in Paragraph 2 of this ordinance by the City of Moscow,
Moscow Cemetery Maintenance District,
Latah County,
State of Idaho,
Idaho,
to
a cemetery maintenance district, in
organized and existing under and by virtue of
the laws and statutes of the State of Idaho, for public use, without monetary
consideration,

That the Mayor of the City of Moscow,
Idaho, be,
and he hereby is authorized, empowered and directed, in the name of the City
of Moscow, Idaho, to execute, acknowledge and deliver to said Moscow Cemetery
Maintenance District a deed conveying to said Moscow Cemetery Maintenance
District all of the right, title and interest of the City of Moscow, Idaho,
in and to the real property described in section
public use without monetary consideration,

and effect from and after the date of its passage, approval and publication
thereof as aforesaid.
