 What are the hours of the amenities?
The Enclave offers the following amenities for you to enjoy:
24 hours for fitness center
Billiards, theater room and business center are open 9:00 am-10:00 pm.

 What amenity activities can I use at the community and how do I get the
needed equipment?
At The Enclave, you can enjoy the following activities:
Pool table: The pool cues are in the leasing office and can be checked out with ID
Business Center: printer available, paper not provided.
 Where do I dispose of my trash?
The Enclave has a trash compactor located near the “resident only” entrance, just East of the
round-about, for all household refuse. For any large items, please contact the leasing office for
information about proper disposal.

Where are the recycling centers?
We pride ourselves on green initiatives to care for the environment. The Enclave has recycling
areas located near the rear entrance gate next to the trash compactor for disposal of newspapers,
plastics and glass. Thank you for helping us take care of the earth.

 What do I do with my move in boxes?
It is helpful to everyone in the community if everyone breaks down all boxes and disposes of
them in the trash compactor. We do ask that you do not use the trash compactor for boxes that
are not broken down (flat), as they can block the chute and create undesirable overflow.
 How does my fob/remote work?
When using the fob/remote to open any area, please press and hold the proper button. When
entering or exiting, drive-up near the gate and push the large grey button to enter. When
entering through a walk-up gate or amenity area, press the small grey button. Inside the amenity
center, the Theater Room and Business Center can be accessed by pressing the red button. The
Clubroom can be accessed by pressing the black button.
 Where are the mail boxes located?
The mail boxes for your apartment home are located at five areas within the community, each on
the end of garage buildings. Please contact an associate for information about your mailbox
location.

Do you have resident activities or events?
The Enclave has many fun events and activities that promote a sense of community and
allow opportunity for you to meet other residents. Keep up to date on all of our community
gatherings in our newsletter and through eblasts. You can expect to see events such as: our
annual Island Party, various resident “drive through” breakfasts held at the gates, resident car
washes, movie nights and cook-outs. We also have a variety of food trucks on site seasonally
for you to enjoy!
 Can I have a party at the pool?
Our relaxing pool areas are available for all residents and their guest to enjoy during pool hours.
To ensure enjoyment for all residents at the pool, we regretfully do not permit private pool
parties.
 Where is the best place for me to park?
You may park in any available space in the resident parking areas. “Long Term Resident Parking”
spots are marked and reserved for residents that have been with us for seven years or more. As a
reminder, handicap parking is patrolled by local law enforcement and is subject to the maximum
parking violation penalty.

 How do I pay rent online?
We can make paying your rent easy by setting you up with your personal on line account to the
Gables Gateway. You will go to gables.com and click on the Resident Login key in the upper right
hand corner. Select the link to set up your Gables Gateway account. This is a great way to stay
connected to your management team from anywhere in the world. Additional services available
on Gables Gateway include placing a service request for repairs needed in your apartment home.
 How do I use Gables Connect?
Changing your utilities to your new address can be time consuming and a challenge, so
Visit www.gablesconnect.com or call 1-866-914-0631 to transfer or set up your utilities with ease.
At The Enclave, you can establish your new utility service for electric, phone, cable and secure
renter’s insurance.
 Where can I access WI-FI in the building?
The business center, leasing office, club lounge, and pool are WI-FI accessible for your use and
convenience. This amenity is complimentary and part of your community benefits.
 Where is the rent drop box?
When you need to pay your rent after office hours, you may drop it in the rent box located to the
left of the leasing office entry.
 Do you have a courtesy officer onsite and how do I get a hold of them?
We have 2 courtesy officers onsite. You may contact them by calling 904.223.5858.
Choose option three. You will be prompted to leave a detailed message, including your contact
information. A courtesy officer can assist with after-hours noise complaints. Should you ever
witness any suspicious or criminal activity, you should always call 911 for local law enforcement
support.

Guests
 Where can my guests park?
Your guest may park in any available space in the resident parking areas. As a reminder, tell your
guests that handicap parking is patrolled by local law enforcement and is subject to maximum
parking violation penalty.
 Where do my movers park?
In the interest of safety for proper clearance for other residents and emergency vehicles, your
movers may park in resident parking areas, without blocking other vehicles or garages. They are
not permitted to park on curbs, sidewalks or plant materials.
 Where does the delivery person come in or do I have to meet them?
Delivery people will need to use the guest call box to enter the gate to get to your apartment if it is
after hours. During the day, they may enter through the front gates.
 How many guests can I have with me at the amenities?
We love it when you share your community with your friends and family. Two guests are
welcome to join you in all of the amenity areas.
 How do I let friends in the gate?
Your guests will contact you via the call box at the gate. You will receive a call on the phone line
that you provide to us upon move-in. If the caller is someone you wish to permit entry, press “9”
on your phone’s keypad and the gate will open.

Maintenance
 How do I submit service requests?
We want placing a service request for work needed in your apartment home easy. You may
contact the leasing office via phone at (904) 223-5858, via email at [email protected], in
person, or through Gables Gateway to place your service request.

What do I do if I have a Maintenance emergency after hours?
For those times that you may have an emergency after office hours, you may contact the leasing
office at 904.223.5858 for maintenance assistance. Choose option 2 to dispatch your service
emergency to the on call service technician. You should receive a call from the technician within
the hour.
 What is considered a maintenance emergency?
Emergency maintenance problems that will be dispatched to the on call service technician
include:
1.
No electricity throughout the apartment.
2.
No water.
3.
No air conditioning on a day of extreme heat (80+ degrees).
4.
Water entering the apartment.
5.
Possibility of fire.
6.
Impeded plumbing in an apartment with only one bathroom.
7.
No heat.
8.
Non-functioning or malfunctioning smoke detector.
9.
Gas leak (also call the gas company).
10.
Running water that cannot be shut off.
11.
Malfunctioning door or window locks.

Pets

Do you have a dog park?
The Enclave has a friendly dog park for your furry family
members to mingle. Our dog park is located at the south end of the community, behind the
garage building across from building 19.
 Where is the best place to walk my pet?
The green areas around the property are appropriate to walk your pets. Please help us to
maintain a clean and pleasant community by always picking up after your pets. There are many
doggie stations surrounding the community. Specific pet station locations are: several by each
lake, one by the dog park, one between buildings 16 & 17 and one by building 7, near the roundabout.

Do you host Yappy Hours? You are not the only resident that likes to mingle… Your pet
has the opportunity to socialize during our Yappy Hours, held at Harbour Place Animal Clinic once

 Do I have to have my dog on a leash?
For the safety of your dog and all residents in the community, all pets are required to be on a
leash when in any common area. It’s the law and the best practice for your pet’s safety. Dog
Wood Park is 15 miles from our community located at 7407 Salisbury Road South. Fido can run
free!
