We supply the Algor range of variable capacity and static stainless steel tanks
for their quality finish, fabrication and competitive price.
Sizes available 100 to 25,000 litre
Optional: Upgrade to 316 stainless steel with all tank styles and sizes
Optional: Total drain sump and stainless steel valve on all flat base tanks
less than 1500L
Optional: Sample valve and 3/8" socket weld with all tank styles and sizes
Optional: Volume indicator and 3/8" socket weld with all tank styles and sizes
Optional: Dimple plate on all conical and sloping base tanks, includes an
upgrade to 2.2mm thickness and thermometer

STORAGE
All tanks are fabricated in a heavy gauge 304 stainless steel
All fittings supplied with our tanks are manufactured in the higher quality
316 stainless steel. Butterfly valves with BSM outlet are included with all
tanks (except 100 and 200 litre sizes). Other standard fittings such as BSP,
Tri-clover and Tri-clamp are also available
Sterile welding and circular polish ensures easy cleaning for longer
aesthetic presentation of tank
Choice of lids, fixed or variable capacity (VC). VC tank kit includes lid,
silicon seal, reverse valve airlock, stainless steel pump and gauge,
connection hose and clips and lid support davit for tanks
above 1500L capacity
All variable capacity tanks have a reinforced rim to prevent warping
All variable capacity tank lids are manufactured in 316 stainless steel

GARBELLOTTO BARRELS
STORAGE
Coopered in northern Italy since 1775
Garbellotto manufacture barrels, casks and open vats
Barrels are available in standard capacities of 225L (barrique), 300L
(hogshead), and 475L (Puncheon).
Casks produced in 1,000 to 20,000 litre sizes
All open vats made to order
All products are manufactured in French oak varieties Allier, Nevers,
Troncais, and Vosges. Garbellotto products are also coopered from
American, Slovenian, Hungarian and central European oaks.
Split oak staves are used exclusively for all 225L, 300L and 475L barrels
All wood is air dried for 2 to 6 years
Light, medium and heavy toasting is available
Renowned for their tight grain construction
Particularly suited to delicate fruit flavor and extended oak maturation
wine styles

BARREL WASHER/SIPHON
Fully stainless steel construction
Operates with wash only, wash and siphon or siphon only cycles
Rotating jet spray head to ensure complete coverage of all internal surfaces
13mm BSP male inlet/outlet
No barrel inversion required for cleaning
Vacuum siphon pump to remove all waste from the barrel
3 - 4 minute washing cycle with a 10 - 25 litre per minute flow rate
12V power supply
Can be used with cleaning and sterilising agents
Recommended operating temperature 90°C
Requires operation with a pressure washer
