Good Clean Recipe: Sautéed Greens with Pine Nuts and Raisins Prep time: 10 min Cooking Time: 10times Serves 6 (Can substitute any of the following suggested greens with any other leafy greens) ½ bunch of kale ½ bunch of collard greens ½ bunch dandelion greens 1 Tablespoon of olive oil ½ teaspoon sea salt ¼ cup pine nuts 1/3-cup raisins (optional) • • • • • • Toast pine nuts on a cookie sheet in 325-degree oven for 5 min. set aside Remove thick stalks then chop greens Heat olive oil Add greens, sea salt and raisins. Stir and cook 5 min or until softened and slightly wilted Turn off heat, add in pine nuts and transfer to serving dish Optional sprinkle with lemon Product of the month: Vitamineral Green - Greens powder This is a great way to supplement a whole foods diet and an easy way to get your greens in.
