Minnetonka Parent App
The following are instructions on how to download the Minnetonka School District App to view your
Family information.
1. Go to the iTunes Store or Google Play Store on your mobile phone.
2. Search for Minnetonka – it should locate Minnetonka Public Schools App as shown below.
3. Download the app.
4. Open the App on your phone.
5. Scroll to the second screen on the app.
6. Click on My Family.
7. There are three ways to log into the app.
a. If your email on file with the District is a Google Account, you can access the App using
your Gmail username and password.
b. If your email on file with the District is the same as your Facebook email address, you
can log into the App using this information.
c. Use your email address on file with the District and enter your Family ID as the
password. You can locate your family ID two ways:
i. Log into Skyward and on the student information screen there is a Family ID
value.
ii. Email the Family Helpdesk at [email protected] and your
Family ID will be emailed to you.
8. After logging into the App on the main screen there is a notification area which will show all
District communications.
