All orders placed are on a first come, first serve basis based on the
availability of that day. This is also the case for delivery times.

We require AT LEAST 48 hour notice for all catering orders to
guarantee its fulfillment. For last minute catering orders, please keep in
mind: the more general your order, the quicker we can
accommodate your request.

All delivery orders are subject to a set-up and/or break-down fee.

Market fluctuation may lead to an increase in prices.

Organizations with a tax-exempt status must submit a 501C-3
certification to Zinna’s Bistro prior to the event.

Acceptable forms of payment are cash, guaranteed checks, and all
major credit cards.

Catering cancellations require notice of at least five business days.
Otherwise, customer is required to pay full value.

Full-service off-premise catering is required to provide all necessary tables,
chairs, access to running water, and electricity. Tables, chairs, tablecloths,
and flatware are available to rent through Zinna’s at an additional fee.

Labor: Staff is billed by the hour per employee. We will happily
estimate labor cost, but the final cost will be determined the day of the
event.

To ensure compliance with the Middlesex County Board of Health, food
will be consumed on the restaurant’s premises at the contracted time of
the event and may not be removed from the facility after that time.
