THIS BINGO CARD BELONGS TO:
WHEN TO PLAY: February 1st - March 31st. Final day to sign-up is February 29th.
HOW TO PLAY: Register at the front desk. Accomplish ALL of the 25 challenges one by one, in any order. Finish the entire Healthy Heart Bingo card by the
end of March. Read the instructions below for more details or alternatives to completing each challenge. Once a challenge is completed, a YMCA staff
member will initial in the corresponding box.
WHAT’S AT STAKE: Prizes will be raffled off to members completing the entire Healthy Heart Bingo card. Prizes range from water bottles, to drawstring
bags, to YMCA t-shirts, to personal training sessions and more.

After this date, any 5K/10K may be accomplished.
