RESIDENT SATISFACTION SURVEY
WE STRIVE FOR 5!!!
April 2017
LMH wants to hear from you!! The Annual Resident Satisfaction Survey is coming this month and your feedback is
important. It is our mission “to provide military families with exemplary services in a quality home environment.”
This survey measures how well Lincoln Military Housing is meeting that goal. Survey responses will assist our
planning for future enhancements.
Surveys will be sent electronically to the email address you provided Lincoln. If the address is a .mil address, it
cannot be forwarded to another email. Surveys will be sent out Friday, April 21. If you do not receive your survey
by Monday, April 24, please check your Spam folder, then contact the Housing Office so
that we can have another survey sent to you.
To keep your responses private, we’ve hired an independent company, CEL & Associates, to
gather all feedback. However, your personal information is not provided.
Please note that while the survey is anonymous, the Comment Section provides an option
should you wish to have a staff member reach out to you. Please feel free to note any
comments, concerns, or recommendations for our Housing, Maintenance, and Community
Services departments.
We ask that you return your responses within ten (10) days, by Sunday, April 30, for chance
to win one of many VISA Gift Cards ranging from $50 to $500.
