BOOKED -- Luke L. Parisi, 30, of Ukiah, was booked
at the county jail at 1:52 p.m. Sept. 11 on suspicion
of driving under the influence, driving with a
blood-alcohol level greater than the legal limit and
escaping from jail. The CHP arrested him.

SHERIFF'S REPORTS
The following were compiled from reports prepared
by the Mendocino County Sheriff's Office:
BOOKED -- Travis J. Shelton, 28, of Laytonville, was
booked at the county jail at 12:20 a.m. Sept. 11 on
suspicion of driving under the influence, driving
with a blood-alcohol level greater than the legal
limit and driving with a suspended license. The
California Highway Patrol arrested him.
BOOKED -- Jesse E. J. Dean, 22, of Gering, Neb., was
booked at the county jail at 2:45 a.m. Sept. 11 on
suspicion of possessing a controlled substance for
sale and being under the influence of a controlled
substance. The Ukiah Police Department arrested
him.
BOOKED -- Christopher C. Bradley, 41, of
Laytonville, was booked at the county jail at 5:40 a.
m. Sept. 11 on suspicion of driving under the
influence, driving with a blood-alcohol level greater
than the legal limit and violating his probation.
BOOKED -- Ronald D. Duke, 48, of Redwood Valley,
was booked at the county jail at 8:03 a.m. Sept. 11
on suspicion of inflicting corporal injury on a
spouse. The MCSO arrested him.
BOOKED -- Jon E. Lippincott, 54, of Willits, was
booked at the county jail at 4:16 p.m. Sept. 11 on
suspicion of driving under the influence. The Willits
Police Department arrested him.
BOOKED -- John S. Parmeter, 31, of Cazadero, was
booked at the county jail at 9:22 a.m. Sept. 12 on
suspicion of driving under the influence and
driving with a blood-alcohol level greater than the
legal limit. The CHP arrested him.
BOOKED -- Dillon C. Becker, 21, of San Diego, was
booked at the county jail at 11 a.m. Sept. 12 on
suspicion of possessing marijuana for sale and
transporting marijuana. The MCSO arrested him.
BOOKED -- David M. Shealor, 41, of Fort Bragg, was
booked at the county jail at 2:13 p.m. Sept. 12 on
suspicion of shooting at an inhabited dwelling and
violating his probation. The MCSO arrested him.
BOOKED -- Lesslie A. Heathcock, 47, of Manchester,
was booked at the county jail at 8:39 a.m. Sept. 14
on suspicion of inflicting corporal injury on a
spouse, violating a court order, violating her

booked at the county jail at 10:48 a.m. Sept. 11 on
suspicion of taking a vehicle without the owner's
consent and possessing stolen property. The MCSO
arrested her.
BOOKED -- Ryan L. Ivans, 25, of Clearlake Oaks, was
booked at the county jail at 11:30 a.m. Sept. 11 on
suspicion of driving under the influence and

BOOKED -- Peter E. Sears, 70, of Fort Bragg, was
booked at the county jail at 11:25 a.m. Sept. 16 on
suspicion of arson of an inhabited dwelling. The
MCSO arrested him.

BOOKED -- Johnathan E. Mabery, 51, of Fort Bragg,
was booked at the county jail at 9:02 p.m. Sept. 16
on suspicion of inflicting corporal injury on a
spouse, threats, false imprisonment and resisting
arrest. The CHP arrested him.
BOOKED -- Michael G. Burton, 33, of Point Arena,
was booked at the county jail at 7:48 p.m. Sept. 19
on suspicion of cultivating and possessing
marijuana for sale.
BOOKED -- Jeremy M. Rosecrans, 20, of Leggett, was
booked at the county jail at 7:47 a.m. Sept. 17 on
suspicion of driving under the influence, driving
with a blood-alcohol level greater than the legal
limit, evading peace officers, driving with a
suspended license and violating his probation. The
MCSO arrested him.
BOOKED -- Eric M. Roberts, 24, of Ukiah, was
booked at the county jail at 3:26 p.m. Sept. 23 on
suspicion of transporting and selling a controlled
substance, possessing a controlled substance,
being under the influence of a controlled substance,
possessing a dangerous weapon and violating his
probation. The UPD arrested him.
BOOKED -- Theron A. M. Nelson, 19, of Fort Bragg,
was booked at the county jail at 12:31 a.m. Sept. 18
on suspicion of inflicting corporal injury on a
spouse and false imprisonment. The MCSO arrested
him.
BOOKED -- Mark D. Handley, 37, of Willits, was
booked at the county jail at 9:03 a.m. Sept. 24 on
suspicion of driving under the influence and
driving with a blood-alcohol level greater than the
legal limit. The CHP arrested him.
BOOKED -- Dennis R. Tober, 62, of Laytonville, was
booked at the county jail at 7:51 a.m. Sept. 18 on
suspicion of driving under the influence and
driving with a blood-alcohol level greater than the
legal limit. The CHP arrested him.
DOMESTIC FIGHT -- Deputies responded at 6:10 p.
m. Sept. 29 to a home in the 3500 block of Taylor
Drive for a domestic disturbance, where they
detained a "very intoxicated" Arnulfo Reyes-Vieyra,
44, of Ukiah. They learned he allegedly punched
and pulled the hair of a woman he lived with, and
arrested him on suspicion of inflicting corporal
injury on a spouse. He was booked at the county jail
BOOKED -- Bradford L. Carper, 49, of Sacramento,
was booked at the county jail at 1:03 p.m. Sept. 18
on suspicion of driving under the influence and
driving with a blood-alcohol level greater than the
legal limit. The Willits Police Department arrested
him.

Valley, was stopped on East Road north of Cortina at
7:19 p.m. Sept. 8 and arrested on suspicion of
driving under the influence.
ARREST -- Daniel Holmes, 39, of Ukiah, was stopped
on Talmage Road at the Talmage Bridge at 10:10 p.
m. Sept. 8 and arrested on suspicion of driving
under the influence, hit-and-run and driving with a
suspended license.
ARREST -- Jesus Cisneros, 37, of Red Bluff, was
stopped in the 2200 block of South State Street at 9:
30 p.m. Sept. 12 and arrested on suspicion of
driving under the influence and hit-and-run.
ARREST -- Joseph R. Leggett, 26, of Ukiah, was
stopped on Highway 101 north of Parducci at 8:10
p.m. Sept. 13 and arrested on suspicion of driving
under the influence and a parole violation.
ARREST -- Brian S. Wieden, 39, of Willits, was
stopped at the Coyote Valley Casino entrance at 12:
46 a.m. Sept. 17 and arrested on suspicion of
driving under the influence.
ARREST -- Arturo Gonzalez, 24, of Potter Valley, was
stopped on Highway 101 at Highway 20 at 10:14 p.

stopped on North State Street north of Low Gap
Road at 2:18 a.m. Sept. 24 and arrested on
suspicion of driving under the influence.
ARREST -- Mitchell L. Robinson, 27, of Hopland,
was stopped on Lake Mendocino Drive at 8 p.m.
Sept. 25 and arrested on suspicion of inflicting
corporal injury on a spouse.
