BRAKE SHOE CORES ACCEPTED BY BENDIX
• Pallets should have at least one layer of corrugated cardboard placed on the
top of the pallet BEFORE the stretch film and banding is applied.
• Do not use plywood or pallets on top.
Stretch Film Wrap
Drum Size
(12¼, 15" or 16.5")
Typical Shape
• Attacth one copy of the Core Return Memo (CRM) under the stretch film, and
a second copy on the outside.
• The stretch film must be secured to the pallet.
• Use at least eight turns of stretch film.
Banding
After the stretch film, all pallets should have:
• at least four bands to secure the product to the skid.
• at least two bands per side (length/width).
