This year’s Christmas season at Hawkesyard Estate offers you a
choice of celebration lunches and evenings with delicious food, fun
entertainment and a sparkling Christmas atmosphere.
Our festive parties will be held in either our Armitage Suite within
Hawkesyard Hall or our Parkland Suite at the golf club. We are also the
perfect venue for carol concerts and other special Christmas occasions
at the Estate’s historic Hawkesyard Hall, available for day-time or
evening events.
Accommodation
A limited number of bedrooms are available
and located at the historic hall.
Bed and Breakfast rates available from
£50.00 per room, per night.

Please read these Conditions carefully in order to avoid any misunderstandings regarding the terms on which bookings are accepted.
CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
Festive Party Nights
Only guests aged 16 and over are permitted at any of our festive party nights unless you have reserved one of our Banqueting
Suites exclusively (minimum numbers apply).
New Years Eve Family Party Night
Children and adults of all ages are welcome.
CONDUCT & BEHAVIOUR
It is strictly prohibited to bring alcohol on the premises, any alcohol found will be confiscated.
The management reserves the right to refuse admission and to remove from the function any person whose behaviour or
condition in the opinion of the staff interferes or is likely to interfere with the enjoyment of the function by other guests.
Hawkesyard Estate adopts a challenge 25 procedure
BOOKINGS & PAYMENTS
Provisional bookings are valid for 14 days or as agreed. Hawkesyard Estate reserves the right to reduce this period at any time.
The booking will only be confirmed with a non-refundable, non-transferable deposit of £10 per person.
OUR CANCELLATION FEES EXPLAINED:
Up to 4 weeks prior of event date: £10.00 per person
Less than 4 weeks prior: 100%
No cancellation payments can be transferred to any other person, product or service. Final balance is due 4 weeks prior to the
event date along with full menu and wine pre-order. This includes any dietary requirements and any additional accommodation
requests. Hawkesyard Estate reserves the right to cancel the booking if payment is not received by the due date. Should this
circumstance occur, cancellation charges will be applied
ROOM ALLOCATION
Every effort will be made to allocate your preferred venue however Hawkesyard Estate reserves the right to amalgamate
events which to its discretion will improve the party atmosphere. Hawkesyard Estate reserves the right to cancel any event
due to low numbers. Every effort will be made to find an alternative date for your group or a full refund given.
DRESSCODE

ACCOUNT BAR
Only available if pre-advised 4 weeks prior along with receipt of a third party credit/debit card authorisation form authorising
us to charge your card when not present. You will also need to distribute vouchers of your own design to your guests and
confirm validity to Hawkesyard Estate along with any limitations of their use which should also be printed upon them.
