to FOL; Completed TCAS/TAWS upgrades
C-9A/C: Installing Defense Emergency Response Fund (DERF) modifications on
C-models to better enhance communications capabilities. One A-model

Due to civil unrest in Abidjan Ivory Cost, a/c repositioned to several temp
sites for 4 mos. Contractor was able to maintain a 4-mo average MC rate
of 92.75 (Oct, 100%; Nov, 91.38%; Dec, 98.38% & Jan, 81.25%) with
minimal amounts of tools, parts & spares
