INTO TWO (2) GALLONS OF WATER TO CREATE “SOLUTION”. STIR TWO GALLONS OF WATER SOLUTION IN VORTEX FOR 5 TO 10
MINUTES BEFORE APPLYING. STIR BIODYNAMIC IF APPLICABLE. APPLY SOLUTION, ADD ADDITIONAL WATER UNTIL ENTIRE SOIL IS
MOIST. KEEP ENTIRE SOIL MOIST FOR 4 DAYS POST INOCULATION.

APPLICATION & RATES
• Soil Balance is a dry powder formulation. Unlike liquid formulations where you do not know the
concentrate of organisms you are adding. You can always be certain the concentration with Soil
Balance.
• The first step is to add the powder formulation of Soil Balance Pro to water in order to create your
“solution”. You are going to add one (1) gram of Soil Balance pro powder to two ( 2 ) gallons of
water.
• After you have added powder to water you must stir it with a wooden spoon or by hand for 5 to 10
minutes. Stir biodynamic if applicable.
• After you are done mixing, the two gallons will create 256 OZ. of liquid solution.
• If you are planting in Soil/Coco/Potting Mixtures you will hand water in (near the roots or stem of the
plant, 5 OZ. of solution per 1 gallon of soil/media. As your pot size increases so will your usage.
• After applying the 5 OZ of solution per 1 gallon of soil it is important to add additional water to
moisten the entire pot or container. Keep container and pot moist for 3 to 4 days after every
application. After that you can go to regular watering protocols or let it go dry. The microbes will stay
on the root system in the absence of water.
• In hydroponics, ( 1 ) gram of Soil Balance will treat 10 gallons of water.
• Efficacy with SB will work with out a food source, however for faster results: The day before
introducing SB microbes (24 hours), apply a Brown Humic Acid (BHA) derived from Leonardite.
Make sure Humic Acid is water soluble. (pH 6.8 or above is best) Do not tank mix Humic Acid with
Soil Balance. Other carbon sources such as molasses & Sea Minerals may be used in addition to
Brown Soluble Humic Acid.
• Do not use systemic fungicides or organic systemic fungicides with SB. These products will
neutralize the effects of SB microbes. If fungicides are necessary use contact fungicides.

Immediately after application, Soil Balance microbes (top left
picture) colonize the plant root zone or “rhizosphere”. The
microbes will multiply into the trillions on the root in under 48
hours. If small carbon particles are available in the rhizosphere,
they will be turned into microscopic insoluble humus particles
within 10 to 15 days. We recommend additives of carbon as a
food source. The addition of carbon and microbes will form a
layer or “biofilm” around the root which produces proprietary
enzymes, chemicals, hormones and signaling molecules. The
microbes found in Soil Balance are “saprophytes” which means
they break down carbon and turn it into humus and live on roots,
much like an earth worm only much faster. This allows less
water to be used and is a major factor in macro/micro nutrient
absorption and root biomass increases which result in quality
(terpene) and yield increases.
The addition of BHA, (Brown Humic Acid) that is water
“soluble” (bottom left picture) which contains fulvic acid is an
initial particle size our microbes can eat. All carbon like
molasses, kelp, fish and sea minerals are good to add if
possible. The addition of a small carbon particle will increase the
speed of our growth AND your results.
The rapid formation of terpenes, root growth, humus formation,
mineralization and yield increases are accomplished only by the
proprietary combination of the 62 microbes found in Soil
Balance. No other product in the world has ever ran close to the
Soil Balance efficacy in a side by side.

• SOIL BALANCE (SB) can be applied at any time during
the crop cycle to established and new crops. New growth
and soil health results will be realized in 7 to 10 days.
• For optimum results, use SB a minimum of 5 times
• (5 applications) per crop cycle. More is always better if
budgets allow
• It is impossible to overdose plants with Soil Balance Pro.
PESTICIDES & IMPORTANT DISCLOSURES
Do not tank mix Soil Balance with Pesticides or fertilizers. Do
not apply systemic fungicides or fumigants while using Soil
Balance. If Systemic fungicides or fumigants are needed, re
apply Soil Balance after chemical efficacy has reduced.
Systemic Fungicides will kill Soil Balance microbes living on
plant roots and eliminate product efficacy. If any form of
“biocide” is applied or comes in contact with roots, re
inoculate after efficacy has dissipated.
Herbicides, insecticides, contact fungicides (not systemic)
and nematicides may be used 3-5 days before or after
applying Soil Balance.
It is imperative to triple wash tanks with water only (no soap)
before adding Soil Balance into spray tanks or injection
systems.

• Soil Balance (SB) is 100% organic and contains no
GMO’s.
• SB has no re entry period.

• SB has been refined for use on hydroponic and artificial
medias.
• On a microscopic level, the spacing between soil
aggregates in a natural soil environment is very tight.
Therefore it is much easier for SB soil microbes to
colonize and create webs. In artificial medias and
hydroponic growing systems the physics is different and
the spacing is much further apart making it much more
difficult for our microbes to create webs and build humus.
For this reason, SB is our highest concentration to date
and formulated with more saprophytic organisms
specifically designed to break down un decomposed
organic matter in the growing medium and colonize the
root faster.
