• Some tasks that we would love your help with:
– Grant Writing
– Volunteer Coordinator at Performances
– Liaison for Businesses – making sure we show our
supporters we appreciate them!
– Gathering Raffle Items
– Whatever it is that you’re good at!
Boost and Build Nights
• Every Tuesday at 6:00pm in the MPR starting Feb
2 (and directly following the Jan 26 meeting)
• Booster meeting plus set construction work
sessions (we love our set builders!)
• All parents are welcome – this is the best way to
get involved with booster club
• Students (cast and crew) who would like to work
on set construction must be accompanied by a
parent

• Fundraising and Donation Goal: $50 minimum
per participant, which you are welcome and
encouraged to exceed!

handyman, CPA, attorney, clothing boutiques…
• Theatre audiences love to support businesses that
support the Arts, and Theatre families love to support
businesses that support their students!

• These are “ads” in the playbill to send a message of
encouragement to your student from their family (And
family friends! Don’t forget to tell grandparents!)
• Simplest way to make an “ad” is in Word or Publisher,
where you can insert pictures, ClipArt, fun fonts, “inside
jokes,” theatre quotes, etc. to personalize the shoutout
for your child

• $21 for Makeup Kits – ALL cast members are required
to wear makeup at performances; these kits provide
enough of all necessary products for the full run
• $10 for T-shirts – two styles available: High School
Musical show shirts and black “Stage Crew” shirts.
• $10 for High School Musical poster signed by cast
and crew PLUS Spring 2016 Cast and Crew photo ($6
each if purchased separately)
Preorder Tickets
• Preorder general admission tickets (prices will be
higher at the box office!) good at any of the five
performances
– $5 for general admission (adult)
– $2 for student/teacher/child
– Available for pick-up under “Will Call Name” up to one hour
before any of the performances
• VIP reserved, front-row seats for only $20 each!
• VIP tickets are reserved and scheduled in
advance and will be available up to one hour
prior to that performance

• 8 VIP tickets for brining in a T-shirt Sponsor
• If fundraising and donation meet or exceed
$100, you can purchase VIP tickets at the

Important Dates for Parents
• Every Tuesday at 6:00pm starting Feb 2 –
Boost and Build nights in the MPR
• Tuesday, March 15– THE BIG DUE DATE!
• Saturday, April 9, 10am to 4pm – Poster Day!
Student attendance is required, but parent attendance is
appreciated! Adults will drive student groups around the
community to distribute posters
• Between April 18 – April 21: turn in concession items
to the office (make sure they know it’s for Jag
Players!) or bring into the MPR after rehearsal

meetings for your student (there are many in April). If
your student does not attend a MANDATORY rehearsal
