RMC “Open” Meeting Minutes
July 22, 2015

Day Two (Open Meeting)
1. Welcome, Introductions, Ground Rules & Agenda
R. Darrell Taylor
(Reviewed RMC meeting ground rules, anti-trust reminder, conflict of
interest, export compliance, intellectual property, ethics guidelines and the
RMC organizational structure. see presentations 2-1a and 2-1b.)
2. IAQG OPMT Report including OASIS Next Generation Software
Tim Lee
(The IAQG OPMT manages and provides oversight for the 91XX AQMS
series. Tim Lee reviewed the IAQG OPMT structure, mission and vision. He
discussed the proposed AS9100:2016 transition plan. He discussed the
need to enhance the competency of the AQMS auditors, OP Assessors and
other key stakeholders engaged in the ICOP process. He discussed a
proposed Competency Validation Process (CVP). Tim reported that the
OPMT issues OPMT Resolutions to clarify expectations and support
management of the ICOP scheme. ISO 9001:2015 is scheduled for
publication in September 2015. The IAQG OPMT plans to publish a
Supplemental Rule outlining requirements for implementing AS9100:2016.
Tim Lee reported the progress of the OASIS Next Generation software
development. He reported that we will not lose any functionality which we
have today in OASIS. The OASIS Next Generation software will not only be
a records depository, it will serve as a record generator. For example:
OASIS Next Generation will be set up to notify Suppliers when corrective
actions are coming due. Tim reported that user interface design is 100%

complete. Data entry and management deliverables are 18% complete.
Private and secure applications are 5% complete. A former EAQG OPMT
chair (Giuseppe Leoni) has replaced Brian Blunt as the project manager
over the development of this software, (see presentation 2-2.)
3. ANAB Update
Robert Cruse
(Dale Gordon will replace Robert Cruse as ANAB’s aerospace program
manager on August 31, 2015. Robert Cruse will become an ANAB
contracted AQMS Assessor. ANAB has received CB applications in Israel,
India, and St. Petersburg, Russia. Team members supporting the ICOP
process should obtain forms from the IAQG website so they can be sure
they are using the current version, see presentation 2-3.)
4. Auditor Review Sub-team

(Presented metrics related to the Auditor Review Sub-Team.)
5. CB Report Card System
R. Darrell Taylor
(Reviewed the CB report card system. Accreditation Body audit results
make up 25%, OASIS metrics account for 25%, Performance Metrics add
25% and Document Information Management provide the last 25%.
Darrell reported the potential for a modified CB Report Card Metric system,
which would focus on opportunity, performance and change.
