(36.27(1)(b) (b) The board shall permit a person who is 60 years of age or older to audit a course without paying an auditor’s fee if the person is a resident of this state, as determined under sub. (2) (e), space is available in the course and the instructor approves. Residency (e) In determining bona fide residence at the time of the beginning of any semester or session and for the preceding 12 months the intent of the person to establish and maintain a permanent home in Wisconsin is determinative.
