TP OVEN
This tunnel pizza oven is designed to offer great flexibility and efficient pizza baking.
The pizza oven is also ideal for baking products such as pies and pita bread, as well as
for making dishes such as hamburgers, fish and hot dogs. The oven is energy efficient, quiet, compact and well insulated, providing high capacity in a small space.
The TP tunnel pizza oven can be easily
adapted to the product being baked and the
capacity required. The user can choose between three standard widths and up to three
sections in height. Oven decks can also be
added later if more capacity is needed. The
oven is simple to use, and the temperature
and baking time can be steplessly set using
the easy-to-use control panel.
The TP Oven bakes energy efficiently thanks
to good insulation and an effective energy-saving mode. The temperatures of the top
and bottom heating in the two oven zones
along with the power settings are controlled by four temperature sensors. When
combined with short reaction times and a
radiation cover, this results in even baking
and pizzas that are on par with their stone
oven-baked counterparts.

INFORMATION
The TP Oven is designed for operating temperatures of up to 400°C. Its high capacity makes it possible to bake, for
example, up to 500 pizzas per hour depending on the baking time. The pizzas are baked quickly, retain all of their
flavor, and get a crispy crust without the filling drying out. This result is achieved by using radiant heat only and
avoiding the use of fans.
The oven chamber is divided into two zones, producing optimal baking results and minimizing the risk of temperature losses. The temperature and power settings of the top and bottom heating are monitored in each zone by two
temperature sensors (making a total of four temperature sensors in the oven). Short reaction times combined with a
radiation cover reduces the risk of uneven baking results.

INFORMATION
DIGITAL PANEL
The digital panel has a clear touch screen that is very easy to use and makes
it possible to set different start times for each day of the week. The screen can
also be used to regulate the temperature of the oven’s two zones individually.
5 program settings, a energy-saving mode and choice of user language on the
screen are other benefits.
VARIED TYPES OF COOKING
It is just a short step to go from pizza and pie baking to other types of cooking.
The oven can be easily used and programmed to cook foods such as hot
dogs, vegetables or tapas.
DOES NOT DRY OUT THE PRODUCTS
The TP Oven can be heated up to 400°C. The use of radiant heat instead of
hot air means that the finished pizzas are make crispy without drying out the
toppings. The high capacity makes it possible to bake 500 pizzas an hour,
depending on the baking time.
RIGHT TRAYS
For the best results, with a fine, evenly-baked surface, we recommend black
pizza trays that do not reflect away the heat.
PROTECT AGAINST DRAFTS
If there is a risk of drafts in the room, we recommend our draft diverter (option), which protects against drafts through the oven. This helps to maintain a
uniform temperature over the pizzas, resulting in perfect pizzas.
INDIVIDUAL SETTING
The oven is set individually depending on what is being baked.
