2002… Quality of Reputation Award
Congratulations to the team members at Papillion
Manor. They have been awarded Vetter Health
Services’ “Quality Reputation” Award and “My
Innerview Excellence in Action” Award for Workforce
Satisfaction. The awards were presented to the team
members during a special ceremony on Thursday,
January 24. Papillion Manor was the only recipient,
out of 32 facilities, to be presented with this
prestigious award. The ceremony was dedicated to
honoring the team members for the outstanding
achievements made throughout the past year.
“The most important takeaway regarding the Excellence in Action awards is that the skilled nursing
award recipients were first recognized by their own employees through excellent satisfaction survey
scores,” said Susan L. Henricks, president and COO of National Research Corporation. “This also
underscores the importance for long term care providers to understand the value of measuring quality
over time. This is not only true because of increasing regulatory scrutiny that may impact reimbursement
rates in the future, plus the favorable perceptions that hospitals will look for in post-acute partnerships,
but the differences that skilled nursing homes are making in the lives of their residents and employees
every day. We salute our clients for taking the initiative to measure quality.”
Our team continues to be dedicated to providing personalized care and services that achieve
extraordinary results and exceed the expectations of those we serve. We remain committed to
developing team members who radiate warmth, compassion, and respect while skillfully performing their
duties.
