All “Funtastics” are scheduled for a two-hour time period. Our staff will set

Use your aim to pull back the ball tied to a string to
attempt to knock over a pyramid of 6 cans.
Plinko
Players place tokens at the top of the board, releasing
them to slide through the pattern of pins, ending in one
of two colored slots.
Troll Toss
Throw the bean bags and try to knock down the trolls.
Duck Pond
Players pick a duck and win a prize.
Milk Can Toss
Traditional carnival game allows the player
3 chances to toss a softball into old-fashioned
milk cans.
Ring Toss
Players throw the rings onto the playing board of 5
colored rows of pins. Each has its own challenge and
difficulty.

Who We Are
Alcoholic Beverage Service
Lancer Catering is the exclusive foodservice provider at
many recreational venues around town including Como Park
Zoo & Conservatory, Minnesota Zoo, Science Museum of
Minnesota, and many others. We cater hundreds of picnics
annually, and look forward to being of service at your event.
Lancer Catering is fully licensed to provide and serve
alcoholic beverages at your event. You can expect trained,
experienced, and personable bartenders who will provide
your guests with a full bar or serve your keg beer. Guidelines
for alcoholic beverage service will vary by city, park and
facility, so please inquire about specific regulations with your
Catering Sales Manager.
We have created this sample menu of some of our most
popular items, but are famous for our flexibility as a caterer,
and for our unique custom and themed menus. If you don’t
quite see what you’re looking for, please let your Catering
Sales Manager know and we’ll customize a picnic just for
you!

Entertainment and games are available for an additional cost
on a first come, first served basis.
Reservations
To reserve your space, a non-refundable deposit is required.

For the safety of the animals, balloons are not allowed
anywhere in the Como Zoo picnic sites or Zoo grounds.

Sustainability / Green initiatives / Local Sourcing
Menu prices are based on a minimum of 65 meals. Please
speak with a Catering Sales Manager about availability on
your preferred date.
Lancer Catering is committed to sustainable practices and
green initiatives. We source fresh ingredients locally
wherever economically feasible for our customers, and
participate in composting programs at many of our venues.
• Full event clean up
Please make your menu selections at least two weeks prior
to the date of your event. Your final guest count is due
eight (8) days prior to your event, though we can usually
accommodate slight increases.
Lancer is happy to fulfill all of your food and beverage needs,
with the exception of specialty cakes, which should come
from a licensed and insured bakery.
