City of Independence -- Santa Cali Gon Festival - 2016
Cathy’s Creative Dance School will be dancing!!!

Your child has been invited to perform in the Santa Cali Gon show to be held on Saturday,
September 3rd, 2016 @ 11:00 am. Students need to be at the Community Stage, 114 West Maple
Avenue located on the corner of Maple & Liberty street, in the Pharaoh Theater parking lot,
dressed in costume and ready to perform no later than 10:30 am. There will be a small tent
available for a dressing room. Bring a cold water bottle!
Rehearsal Dates/Times:
Wednesday evening, August 31st and Thursday evening, September 1st at the Studio
***Student Teachers are appreciated!

your child’s participation in rehearsals & performance in the show.
Rehearsal is required in order to be allowed to perform.
6:00 - 6:20 pm – Just Keep Swimming, Way Out, Three Little Birds (Tommi)
6:30 - 7:00 pm – Copa Cabana, Dance Revolution, Afro Circus, Surf’s Up, Footloose,
Tippy Toes (Dawn/Casey/Melissa/Stephanie)
7:00 - 7:30 pm – You’re Gonna Miss Me When I’m Gone, One Jump Ahead,
New York City, Jungle (Tap & Jazz 2, Tap & Modern 3)
7:30 - 8:00 pm – World Stop, Tappin’ Memories & Sr. Solos (Tap & Hip Hop 4, Brianna, Rachel)
